Gemma offers both online and in person private classes! In person classes at Off The Ground can be directly booked via the link below, with pre-allocated ‘Private Slots with Gemma Rose’. If you want to book outside of the times provided or you would like an online private, do not hesitate to contact Gemma directly. Gemma is also available for private lessons during studio tours depending on the studio, again, drop her a message to organise.

Gemma is happy to work with you on anything! Whether that be pole tricks, heel work, choreo, floorwork, stretch, conditioning etc. Feel free to message Gemma if there is something specialised you want to learn and she will respond honestly if it’s something she can teach you, or refer you to someone suitable.
